Memphis Redbirds Seasonal Job Fair at AutoZone Park
 
Monday, Feb. 20 and Tuesday, Feb. 21 to hire game day positions for the upcoming 2017 season.
 
The Job Fair will run from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, Presidents’ Day, and 1:00-5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The fair will be held in the Home Plate Club on the second level of AutoZone Park.

2 Female Part Time Youth Coordinators 

These employees will work approximately 20–25 hours per week and will earn $10 per hour while supporting a full-time female MAM youth coordinator in daily programming. The City of Bartlett will conduct a Summer Sports Camp for children at the Bartlett Recreation Center and needs a qualified person to direct the program.  Will work daily, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., for a total of 40 hours per week, from Tuesday, May 26, through Friday, August 7.  A successful applicant must be mature with good judgment and experience working with children.  An educational background in Physical Education, Recreation or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

Must be mature with good judgment and experience working with children. An educational background in Physical Education, Recreation or a related field is preferred. The City will provide CPR, first aid and AED training, if necessary. Must pass a background check and physical exam, including a drug test and TB test.

Special Requirements

Will work in a non-smoking work environment. Bartlett resident preferred, but not required.

Memphis Heritage Christian School is offering free dinner aftercare for students in the Nutbush area. Students will enjoy a safe place for after school care, tutoring, homework help, extracurricular activities choice and free dinner.  Extracurricular activities include ballet, soccer, gymnastics, karate, dance, orchestral studies and culinary arts.  Students may also participate in activities and have dinner on the weekends.

Memphis Runners Training Club Presents:

Women Run/Walk Program 2012

Memphis Runners Track Club is proud to support women and running by hosting the 2012 Women Run/Walk Memphis 10-week training program. The program is for Walkers, Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced Runners. At the end of the program each trainee participates in the “Graduation” 5K. The “Graduation” 5K will be held Saturday, September 15th, 8am at Oak Court Mall. This race is open only to women who have registered for – and completed – the training program. Pacing-oriented training will begin Monday July 9th and meet every Monday evening at 6:30pm from July 9th through September 10th. WRWM will kick off with their annual EXPO on Monday, July 2, 2012 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the AgriCenter International.
