Olive Branch company looks to fill 100+ computer-related jobs

Staffmark is looking for people to fill technical positions for a client in Olive Branch. The positions start out paying around $11 per hour and go up based on experience.

The company is looking to hire 100 computer repair techs, quality assurance agents, and inspectors. Various other positions are also open.

The job fair will be held April 1th1 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 6399 Goodman Road in Olive Branch.

The company is seeking hourly workers with skills in production and machine operation for its $200 million plant. The company also will hire salaried positions in accounting, IT, manufacturing, engineering and quality assurance. Some training for those hired will be done in Japan, according to a press release, so candidates must be able to travel to Japan for extended periods.

The company plans to open the plant with about 90 employees, but will employ 275 at full production. Initially, the 390,000-square-foot facility, which is currently under construction, will produce shell-type power transformers. No projected opening date was given.
