United Way of the Mid-South’s Financial Stability Initiative, the Earned Income Tax Credit Alliance coordinates the Internal Revenue Service Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.  

Tax filers who made less than $50,270 in 2012 can get their returns filed FREE at VITA sites throughout the Mid-South.  ( Site listing is attached)

Our VITA volunteers are trained and certified through the Internal Revenue Service.  It’s FREE, Safe and Easy!
