STEMology is a gender empowerment conference for 3rd – 12th grade students which uses Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM)
concepts to inspire the next generation of young leaders. With guidance from local technical professionals, students will engage in interactive workshops
to allow hands-on STEM learning, team activities, discussions surrounding myths and truths of minorities & genders in STEM,
and STEM career opportunities. Lunch and snacks will be provided to attendees.

Indomitable Families is hosting its first Male Support Social for men ages 17 years of age and older who have a criminal background. The Delta GEMS program of the Shelby County (TN) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. has been nominated for the Imani Mentoring Award with the Memphis CARES Mentoring Movement! The 8th Anniversary and Awards Celebration will take place on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the Memphis Education Association Building at 126 Flicker St. Memphis, TN 38104.
