TARGET is hiring for Sr. Analyst – Procurement Services (yes, purchasing). Remote OR hybrid

As a Sr. Analyst, Procurement Services you are responsible for proactively collaborating with teams within Procurement and primary purchasing units (Go Cart users) to align on business objectives and needs.

3+ years of relevant experience (Industry experience with data analytics and reporting preferred)

Strong critical thinking & troubleshooting skills, operational support experience, technical aptitude

Ability to define problem, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusion

Ability to understand and use data visualization tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in public speaking and building presentations

Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities

Understanding of SAP, Ariba, related data and the ability to learn broader analytical and data tools

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that’s not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target. The salary range is $67,600.00 USD – $121,700.00 USD.
