Saturday, September 7 , 2019, 12 pm-5 pm at Handy Park (200 Beale St), the American Kidney Fund will be holding their signature event, Kidney Action Day (KAD) in Memphis. This is a free community event.
KAD *is a free, family-friendly event with a serious purpose: helping people understand their risk for kidney disease and how to prevent it. This event will include free health screenings, cooking demonstrations and samplings, fitness demonstrations, and family friendly activities. Our goal is to make an immediate impact in the Memphis area by screening up to 300 people for diabetes, high blood pressure and kidney disease.
