FedEx is hiring for Customer Service Reps, inbound and outbound.

Minimum Qualifications: 

High school diploma/GED. No previous experience required. PC ability, verbal and writing skills. Ability to work variable shifts and weekends/holidays.

Shift Hours for the Position – Shift may be assigned anytime between the hours of operation and are bid and based on company continuous service

Call Center Hours of Operation – Monday- Saturday; 7:00 AM-8:00 PM CST

Start Date of Position – May 14, 2018

Training Dates for Position – Up to 6 Weeks
