The YMCA along with Youth United Way and Southwest TN Community College will host its Annual Teen Summit on Saturday, March 5th at Southwest Community College Whitehaven Center from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm for students in grades 8-12. We are encouraging all students to attend!
Because we are aware that our graduating seniors need community service/volunteer hours for the Tennessee Promise program, we are also giving 5 hours of service for participation in this event.

Will this be for students that are currently in 8th grade or going to 8th grade?

Hi Latrice. They need to currently be in the 8th grade since this is during the existing school year.
