STAR Press Conference – (Apr 2, 3:30). Memphis-Shelby County was recognized for “national excellence” as one of the nation’s most sustainable communities with a 4-STAR Award. Join Mayors Luttrell and Wharton as they announce the 4-STAR award. Press conference will be at United Housing, Inc. office on 2750 Colony Park Dr.
Earth Month Business Conference – (April 7, $90). The Office of Sustainability joins FedEx, ISSP, The Sustainability Consortium, CRG Sustainable Solutions and other sponsors for a conference on sustainable supply chain for businesses. Neighborhood Redevelopment Conference (Apr 15-17, $150). Scholarships are available! This is a national conference in Memphis with workshops about innovative approaches to neighborhood redevelopment and community building.http://bit.ly/19rD7yU

MEMFix: Pinch District – (Apr 11, 11-4pm).
