This position is responsible for all programming of events and activities, both adult and youth outside the domain of the Fitness and Aquatics Managers. This position may collaborate with the Fitness and Aquatics Managers to coordinate programs in those departments. The Programs Manager may be responsible for general supervision of the facility and staff in the absence of the Facility Manager, Fitness Manager or Aquatics Manager. Will be responsible for coordinating both adult and youth programs/leagues; creating program/activities budget; supervising BRC Staff; maintaining BRC facilities and equipment; purchasing equipment/supplies and maintaining proper financial reports/records; recording and maintaining proper financial reports/records. Must be proficient with computer skills, social media and terminology.
