By volunteering you will help our work with local nonprofit agencies and programs across the Mid-South. Each year, funds raised during the United Way Campaign are allocated through the dedicated efforts of volunteers throughout the Mid-South.

What are the duties of a Review of Funding Application Committee member?
The Review of Funding Application Committee will review program applications, conduct agency site visits and make funding recommendations regarding the services which most effectively and efficiently address the health and human service needs of our 8 county area. Volunteers take into consideration local needs, program evaluations, service effectiveness, involvement of agency Board of Directors, and overall agency management.
