Get Covered America is in need of assistance with phonebanking. Phonebanking consists of calling consumers to inform them of their health insurance options under the Affordable Care Act. Or, it can consist of calling to recruit volunteers. This regular volunteer opportunity will take place every Tuesday from 3:30 to 7 p.m.
Phone-banking Opportunity- January 27, 2015 AND January 29, 2015
CoWork Memphis / 902 S. Cooper Street / 3:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Training provided at 3:30, 4:30, and 5:30(15 minutes each session) and you will only need to attend it once. If you can help, please arrive at one of these times, if you have not been previously trained on phonebanking.
Refreshments provided!!!
Also, I would like to ask if anyone has any ideas and/or can offer space to host a phone bank(access to phone lines not required), please let me know. Some options could include churches, gyms, community centers, schools, and more.
