| If you answered YES then we need you to take a moment to nominate that person or group for the President’s Volunteer Service Award. Each year, Volunteer Northwest Mississippi honors outstanding volunteers, groups, and businesses from the eleven county area, to include Bolivar, Coahoma, DeSoto, Leflore, Marshall, Quitman, Panola, Sunflower, Tallahatchie, Tate and Tunica county.
Nominating is easy! Just briefly brag about the person or group/business in an email to me no later than March 1, 2015. Be sure to include your contact information (including phone number and email address) and all contact information for your nominee. Also please include two pictures of your volunteer or group in action.
If your outstanding nominee is selected for this prestigious award, he or she will be honored at an awards banquet onApril 28, 2015 at the Landers Center in Southaven. Each recipient and a guest will receive complimentary tickets. Extra tickets can be purchased for $25.
No more excuses. The nominations process has never been easier! All you have to do is take a moment out of your day to brag about the best person or group you know and send an email tovolunteer@cfnm.org no later than March 1, 2015. Don’t forget two photos capturing your volunteer’s caring spirit and contact information on you and your nominee.
