1. Aloy. Scattered Sites Case Manager – The Friends For Life Corporation Aloysius Scattered Site Case Manager will be responsible for assisting eligible clients obtain and maintain appropriate and affordable housing in Tennessee.

2. Early Intervention Services(EIS) Outreach Program Coordinator (The Haven) – The Friends For Life EIS Outreach Program Coordinator will assist HIV-positive and HIV-negative persons at high risk for HIV transmission or acquisition to reduce risk behaviors and address the psychosocial and medical needs to assure linkage to and retention in care.

3. Early Intervention Services(EIS) Outreach Specialist  (The Haven) 2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE – The Friends For Life Corporation Early Intervention Services Outreach Specialist will serve as a primary person to provide recruitment, testing, and support to minority men, who are newly diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, or who have been out of HIV/AIDS medical care, and/or substance-using, and/or at high risk of contracting HIV and other STI’s. This position will also conduct outreach activities to community and collaborating partners and service providers.
