MILITARY APPRECIATION LUNCHEON
MAYORS SALUTE VETERANS AND ACTIVE SERVICE MEMBERS
Memphis – Memphis Mayor A C Wharton, Jr. and Shelby County Mayor Mark Luttrell, Jr. will host a Military Appreciation Luncheon Thursday, November 13, 2014, at 11:30am, the Holiday Inn – University of Memphis located at 3700 Central Avenue.
The Military Appreciation Luncheon is held each year to salute veterans and active service members, as well as their families, for sacrifices endured while serving their country.
The event speaker is Colonel Mark J. Devine, Tennessee Air National Guard Memphis, Tennessee. It includes special tributes, great food, and good fellowship. Both mayors are grateful to have an opportunity to pay tribute to those who have served and are currently serving this country so selflessly.
