Front Office Administrator needed for a family-owed professional environmental consulting firm; seeking a qualified individual with STRONG word processing skills (Word 2007/2010, headers, footers, section breaks, proper letter structure, spell check, etc.), with the knowledge of combining and editing PDF files using Adobe; experience in MS Excel a plus; experienced in computer file organization and maintenance; attention to detail a must; some desk top publishing; pleasant phone voice; must have good organizational skills and able to perform duties with little supervision; immediate opening.
Must have someone with current Word Processing skills.  Needs some one to handle getting out reports prepared by our Professional Biologists and Geologist and Chemists.  COMPUTER SKILLS are a MUST – WORD 2010, ADOBE, ACCESS and EXCEL.  MUST have knowledge of merging ADOBE files.
